Why Join a Group or Workshop?

There's something powerful about knowing you're not alone. When we come together in community:

We gain new perspectives on our challenges.

We discover we're not the only ones struggling.

We learn practical tools from both the facilitator and each other.

We create connections that continue beyond our time together.

Plus, the accountability of a group helps us actually make the changes we want to make in our lives and work.
